[Cancel request] Need expert assistance please. XP w/4 partitions

Hello oh fearless ones! I have fear. LOL

I have XP Pro installed on a 55 GB drive with 4 partitions.

C: Windows Folders 5 GB
D: Page File 3 GB
E: Program Files 10 GB
F: My Docs 37 GB (I have moved all files out of My Docs and can delete this partition)

Now my needs have changed, and I'd like to have only 2 partitions.

C: As usual with all system and storage files. 52GB
D: Page file. 3 GB

I have the live CD. I have tried to resize C, but I receive the notice that it is currently at it's maximum.

Also, is there a way to change the resolution in the live CD? I can't read everything, it's so small.
