what kind of a command can i give in the grub loader to bypass this. This is nonexistant on my Toshiba satellite 1905-s303???

You can try other boot options from the boot menu.

Why would you assume that I had not tried all of the other boot options???? I was wondering if there is any documentation that lists Grub boot options. I will just switch to Partition Magic, which actually has documentation

Many users don't try the various options, just the default option. I had no info on what you tried. I could just ask if you had tried the various options.
Partition Magic is good for mswindows systems (nevertheless I have no info on your operating systems). Another option would be the "Parted magic" live cd.
