Topic: Gparted USB

Hi
I've tried formatting my 2GB USB stick using " Live USB Helper " as mentioned on your documentation. I've formatted using the HP utility, and made it bootable. But my PC does NOT boot from it?

Am i supposed to put the gparted-live-0.3.9-4.zip file or the ISO file on the USB stick???????? I used the zip and the USB helper utility uncompressed everything.

Hi Kiers,
did you have a look at your PC's BIOS to see, whether your stick both is detected as USB Harddisk and is first in Boot sequence ? If it's not detected by BIOS, it is NOT bootable or your PC cannot boot from USB devices ( deactivated in BIOS ? ) . If you see it, but it's not the first Boot device, you simply have to change Boot sequence to get it work. The content of the "GParted"-ZIP-file is necessary for the stick, not the ISO-Image ( for CD ).
