Topic: [solved by re-install]Gparted live cd has hosed my partition table[..]

I've saved the HTML error report, but I'm not sure how to get it off my laptop. I've got a USB memory stick, but I don't know how to mount it. Gnome usually does it for me ;/

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Ok I mounted the USB stick and uploaded the error report, it's here:

it sounds you use gparted  0.3.1, right ?
it is not the livecd..... the last livecd version is 0.3.1.1

you should try this.
Now allocation table seems to be corrupted sad

Maybe Plors has any idea about that and could fix it ?

I definitely clicked on the most recent release according to the sourceforge download page, although I won't deny that the output says 3.1.. Perhaps it doesn't report minor revision numbers in the crash dump? I don't know...

To be honest I may just format and re-install, I don't really have time to try to fix it smile
