Topic: Erorr I/Q with SSD

Hi

I have this problem with SSD hard drive

when I try to delete partition or format they are give me this erorrs

Error fsyncing/closing /dev/sdd: Input/output error

and

Input/output error during read on /dev/sdc

and this question

/dev/sdb contains GPT signatures, indicating that it has a GPT table. However, it does not have a valid fake msdos partition table, as it should. Perhaps it was corrupted -- possibly by a program that doesn't understand GPT partition tables. Or perhaps you deleted the GPT table, and are now using an msdos partition table. Is this a GPT partition table

Re: Erorr I/Q with SSD

I/O error usually means that there is a hardware problem. It could be the drive it self or some connections or cables.
The question is related to some software problem (eg. broken partition table, damaged filesystem), unless it is implicit result of any hardware problems.

I see that the problems concern 3 different devices:
/dev/sdb, /dev/sdc, /dev/sdd.
Please, give more info on your system and on the GParted version you use (you don't mention if these error messages come from GParted or any other software).
