Topic: How to set specific cluster size with GParted for FAT32 partition?

Is there any way to format a FAT32 partition with GParted using/specifying different cluster sizes (= allocation unit size)? How? What is the default value used by GParted in this operation/procedure?

I don't think it is possible to use other than default cluster size, using GParted.
This default varies according the partition size, up to 16 or 32 KiB I think.

*** It is highly recommended to backup any important files before doing resize/move operations. ***

Does GParted use the same default cluster sizes as Windows for FAT32?

GParted uses the default value that each underlying file system tools uses.  The name of the tool can be seen in the Details section after applying an operation.  You can then use "man <toolname>" in a terminal window to learn the default values used by the tool.
