Topic: Gparted Can't Shrink Windows XP Partition

I'm trying to shrink space from my XP partition to my Vista Partition, and for some reason, during the process, it stops after trying to run it for "real" and then the space goes back to the XP partition.

I have 4 partitions on my HDD, EISA Configuration, XP, VISTA, Recovery.

Any help?

Did you use the latest livecd?

Did you try to use the vista resize tool?
Run defrag 1-2 times before resizing, and why not a
chkdsk /f
from the comand prompt.
Be sure to leave enough free space in the xp partition, so that the system works without problem (15% free would me a good minimum).
