Topic: Customizing the Live CD

Hello,

I would like to customize the live CD.
How can I do this in general?

For example: I would like to set all the options
which are working with my computers.
keyboard=de, lang=33, 1024x768, vesa, 24bit, etc.

And I would like to add/configure the network and add
a browser like FF and add some other programs like ftp,
ping, curl, etc.

Is there a wiki "HowTo customize the Live CD/USB"

At least it would be good to customize the USB version
in a way that it mounts the USB Stick in rw mode.
