Topic: [SOLVED] Forcevideo fails

UPDATE: Managed to boot into the GUI by using the oldest version I could download (0.3.6-7). Still no luck with 0.4.1-2.

Hi,

I've downloaded the latest version of the Live CD (gparted-live-0.4.1-2.iso) and have tried to boot into the GUI but it comes up with a fatal error. I then tried all different combinations of Forcevideo, but none work. I have had problems installing various linux distributions (ubuntu, fedora and similar) and these also have video driver problems.

Anyone have an idea how to get this to work?

My computer is an Averatec 3200 and Windows tells me the graphics driver is VIA/S3G UniChrome Graphics.
