Topic: Error expanding partition?

Well, a few months ago i used GParted to create a partition so i could put fedora core 6 on. I got it all on the cd correctly and created the partition, installed FC6, and all was happy and dandy. I dont want FC6 on my computer anymore, i need the space on win XP (for music, what else?!) So i dug out the GParted CD and booted and formatted the linix partition and deleted. I expanded the windows (hda1) into the "Unallocated Space" Hit apply, started working, got an error. When it reaches check filesystem on /dev/hda1 for errors and fix them, it gives me the error ntfsresize -P -i -f -v /dev/hda1 (unless im mistaken and thats the point at where the error occured, not what the error is) So, what is a clueless man to do now?

Edit: Im using GParted LiveCD, didnt part from FC6

Edit: I think one of the errors has to do with removing FC6, as i cannot get into Windows to check for inconsistincies, so im going to reinstall Fedora, so i can go into windows and run a C:/ check. Make sense?
