Topic: Does GParted support converting NTFS to FAT32?

I can't seem to find this feature either in the documentation or in the forums. I haven't yet downloaded GParted so I can't find out myself.

So does anyone know if it does? Did any of you try it sucessfully?

Will it convert a NTFS partition into a FAT32 partition? No, it reformats the partition. Or at least it did the one time I tried it. It wasn't a big loss as the data was backed up elsewhere and I could get it loaded onto the laptop I was working on again. But if you are looking to convert the partition and data, you may want to look at Partition Magic for that.
