Just for the heck of it try other file system. You can use ext2, ext3, fat, fat32, xfs, jfs, ntfs, reiser, or reiser4. At this point I'm out of ideas.

Why not just run it off your hard drive?

It was something stupid. The iso was the right size but a different md5sum than the one I just downloaded. I have it working now! Thanks for all your help! The reason I don't want to run it off the hard drive is because I'm a tech and the tool isn't for just my computer its for all the computers I work on. I'm trying to get all my tools on one key, and now I'm done.
