Topic: Beginner Help

Hi, I am using dual boot Windows and Linux, and partitioned the root and home too small. I'd like to increase my sda4 and sd6 partitions as i am running out of space. WHen I go to resize it doesnt give me an option to do so, so imagine I need some rearranging. Could someone please take a look and let me know. I took some more space from the windows partition that is currently "unallocated", I just need to know how to use this space for the root and home extensions.

I also guess I need help posting the image of the gparted view here. Im a windows user and Ctrl V didn't work.....

THanks

The forum security doesn't allow uploading pictures or other files. You can upload your pictures to any hosting server like postimages.org (free) or others, and post links here.

If your Linux partitions are located in an extended partition, you need to grow the extended partition before the logical ones.

*** It is highly recommended to backup any important files before doing resize/move operations. ***
