I made a new volume on Windows and now grub rescue, I can't reinstall Ubuntu , gparted show can't have overlapping partitions

this my problem

run command fdisk -l /dev/sda

Disk /dev/sda: 1.8 TiB, 2000398934016 bytes, 3907029168 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 4096 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0xd504222f

Device  -   Boot   -   Start     -   End  -  Sectors  - Size Id Type
/dev/sda1  *          2048  -  1026047   - 1024000 -  500M - 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sda2          1026048 - 496642047 - 495616000 -236.3G - 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sda3        496644094 - 1537026047 - 1040381954 - 496.1G -  5 Extended
/dev/sda4       1537026048 - 3907024895 - 2369998848  - 1.1T - 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sda5        496644096 - 513030813 - 16386718 -  7.8G - 82 Linux swap / Solaris
/dev/sda6        513032192 - 691136511 - 178104320 -  84.9G - 7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT
/dev/sda7        691138560 - 783296511 -  92157952 -   44G  7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT

Partition 3 does not start on physical sector boundary.
Partition table entries are not in disk order.
sda3 is the problem.

New volume sda7

Re: Can't have overlapping gparted

Try reading How-to Fix Invalid MSDOS Partition Tables.  Feel free to ask questions if you need help.

From a quick cursory look I did not recognize any overlapping partitions.
