NTFS is inconsistent. Run chkdsk /f on Windows then reboot it TWICE!
The usage of the /f parameter is very IMPORTANT! No modification was
and will be made to NTFS by this software until it gets repaired.

Please i have very important information on this disk, is there any possible way to recover it? The HDD is external 2.5 samsung 500 gb NTFS .

The above message is the key to the solution.  You will need to boot into Windows and run "chkdsk /f /r" on the drive and reboot windows twice to permit it to repair the file system.
