Hello Ulrich,
due to your "fdisk" print-out sda3 was moved behind the extended partition, but stayed third primary partition.

Unfortunately, it seems that I've destroyed my Windows by trying to install Grub.

Normally "Grub" stores the former MBR on the second sector. You just need to copy it back. Or - since the partition table is still there - use Windows recovery/repair function to "fixmbr".
