Topic: I'm looking for a walk through on using live CD

I just burned the ISO and need to use the Live CD from boot mode to adjust partition sizes in my second hard drive. I am in windows now but it is on the main HDD and of course does not see my Ubuntu. I only gave 10GB to Ubuntu when I installed it on the 30GB secondary and of course can not unmount it to resize while using it. Does any one have a refeence and or screen shots for when I boot to the live CD? Thank You.

You can look at the documentation files, in the main GParted site. The documentation is actually under "rebuilding", but most things are still valid, at least concerning the general interface.
Details are up to date in the GParted Manual, in that same documentation page.

It is safer to backup any valuable files before modifying partitions. Problem with the power supply or hard failure can damage a partition and even an entire drive.

Try to make a list of all the operations you need, before starting. You could post screenshots here, to ask advice from experienced users.

*** It is highly recommended to backup any important files before doing resize/move operations. ***
